MY MEDITATION JOURNEY

In the tapestry of my life, the thread of meditation was woven in 2015, a time when I sought solace from the storm of a toxic teaching environment. 

The simplicity of those initial moments belied the complexity of the journey ahead. 

Short sessions, sometimes fraught with difficulty, became the anchor I desperately needed to weather the turbulence of change.

 Little did I know that this humble beginning would blossom into a beautiful spiritual odyssey.

Guided by the gentle currents of consistency and the wisdom imparted by guided meditations, I found myself on a path illuminated by self-discovery and tranquility. 

The purpose was clear—to release the stress that clung to me like a heavy mist and to mindfully prepare for the life-altering decision looming on the horizon: leaving behind the world of teaching to embrace the role of a full-time content creator.

As the years unfolded, the power of meditation as a self-care tool manifested in profound ways. 

Meditating  became a steady companion, a refuge in both calm and storm. 

My journey, much like the ebb and flow of a river, offered days of ease and challenge. Yet, in embracing this duality, I discovered that within the difficulties and the darkness lie profound teachings and the radiant light of self-awareness.

Through the ebullient waters of meditation, I have learned to accept the journey for what it is—a continuous exploration of the self, an unfolding of wisdom, and a celebration of light and shadow.
